Malva parviflora salad
1 bunch of Malva parviflora, well washed and then chopped
one Crushed tomatoes
½ bunch of parsley, chopped
1 cup of olive oil
1 cup of water
2 garlic cloves, peeled, grated
½ tsp of salt
1 tsp chili, powder im using here Moroccan harissa
1 tsp of cumin
Juice of 1 lemon im using preserved lemon
Cook covered into low heat the malva parviflora, parsley, tomatoes, water,½ cup olive oil, garlic,cumin, salt, chili Cook about 30 minutes.
when it tender and dried from any liquid now add ½ cup of olive oil pinch of cumin , Juice of 1 lemon
Serve with preserved red olives and lemon
Enjoy.
