Moroccan Whole Wheat Sellou



the ingredients

  • 300 grams of sesame seeds
  • 250 grams of flaxseed and 250 grams of millet
  • 250 grams of almond
  • 250 grams of peanut
  • 250 grams of wheat seeds we need to use them to get healthy recipe
  • we need also fennel seeds and anis seeds 20 grams in each
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Mastic try to grind it in a food processor with some sugar
  • 2 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
  • pinch of salt and a little ground nutmeg
