Moroccan Biscoti (Fekkas) with almond


in our celebration we  always find a lot of types of cookies on table in all Moroccan houses but this biscoti which i wanna  share with you it important to find at least one type .
and i promise you i will share more types inshallah. 
for our Fekkas we will need 
the ingredient 
500 grams of flour 
125 grams raw almonds 
125 grams of sesame seeds 
1½  tablespoon of anise seeds 
125 grams of vegetable oil 
125 grams of granulated sugar 
3 eggs and one Egg whites
 ½ teaspoon cinnamon 
8 grams of backing powder 
pinch of salt 
Decoration 
one egg yolk and tablespoon of cocoa powder.
