Liver Bread Stuffing

The ingredients :
for the dough
we need
250 grams all purpuse flour
250 gram extra fine semolina flour
teaspoone of dry yeast
teaspoone of salt
for stuffing 
we need 400 grams of liver
one chopped onion
one tablepoone of parsley and one tablepoone of coriander salt,pepper ,turmeric, paprika, chili powder and one bay leave
