Snowball Cookies Recipe

to prepare this yummy cookie we will need

150 ml of vegetable oil 

10 grams of baking powder

3 large eggs

140 grams of granulated sugar

teaspoon of lemon zest

and all purpose flour about 450 to 500 grams

For decoration 

we will need 

130 grams of coconut 

300 grams of apricot jam mixing with 4 tablespoon of orange blossom water
create small balls bake the cookie at 180°
spread jam onto the base of the cookie and top with the other cookie. let the cookie 1 hour to stick
after one hour put the cookies in the jam+orange blossom water then cover them with the coconut flakes or toasted

yummy and easy cookie 

The ingredients

• 250 grams of unsalted butter
• 160 grams of icing sugar
• 2 large eggs + 2 egg yolk the egg white we will use it for decoration
• chopped peanut for decoration    
• 140 grams of roasted ground peanuts
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder 
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla 
• add the flour until you have a smooth dough 

create small balls first put them in the egg white then cover them with the chopped peanut 

preheat your oven to 180° bake the cookie until its gold then pour a spoon of honey and let it cool
